Kate is an amazing speaker and presenter. She takes her work in Olympic sport and turns it into real life advice and solutions for people. The work I’ve done with Kate at events has been hugely positive and really impactful for clients.

I was first introduced to Kate when she started doing group work with my team. Having always had personal interest in Sport Psychology, I was looking forward to hearing what she had to say. Kate helped instill some much need clarity and confidence among the group as well as guiding the squad in forming a unique identity and purpose. I was suitably impressed and started to work with Kate one-to-one. At the time my confidence was low, my form was poor and I wasn’t getting much game time. She helped me refine my short and long term goals as well as revaluate my individual strengths and value to the team. Gradually, with Kate’s help, I started to achieve some of those goals that I had established and I felt my contribution to the team and my overall self worth had grown. She has kept in contact with me since then and I found this personal touch to be what sets her approach apart.

Kate has contributed immensely to both the development of our athletes and the education of our coaches within the high performance programme. She has a unique ability to make sport psychology simple to understand. She is also excellent at creating rapport, which makes it easy for her to connect with people.

Kate has been instrumental to both my top 10 Olympic campaigns. From starting me on a path to high performance in 2010, to bringing me on to become a medal winner in 2018, without her I wouldn’t be here.
Natalya CoyleTwo-time Olympian in Modern Pentathlon. World Cup silver medallist
I have won 2 individual Gold Medals in my pentathlon career – Europeans 2015 and World Cup 2018. Both of these victories were achieved after working on mental approaches with Kate. She has an unrivalled ability in enabling athletes to develop a mental approach that is not only tailored for each individual, but one that also WORKS! My biggest regret post the Rio Olympics was not working regularly enough with Kate. A mistake I will not be making in Tokyo 2020.
